Cons - You will lose the simplicity of doing Gumby pushups by placing the bar in one of the bottom corners. As you gain strength by using the Twisted MuleTM bar in the center post advancing to Gumby’s are more beneficial. You can, however, still perform Gumby push-ups by positioning your feet off center.

You will obviously lose the ability to sled drag and perform twisting bear crawls.

You lose the capacity of attaching landmine posts to the corners and doing landmine exercises.
